Manager Production Dental

As a Manager within our Dental Production evening shift you will be responsible for an area in our cleanroom. You will be managing Production Workers and will lead and drive the development and continuous improvements of your department together with your personnel. Responsibilities:
Managing your team, which includes ensuring the appropriate staffing, that they are correctly trained and also have individual goals
The full people responsibility which includes salary reviews and you will also be responsible for the teams delivery towards our production goals.
Drive the department development in alignment with the overall development in the Production organization
Plan and follow up of both departmental and individual goals
Ensure that the material flow to and from the Dental production functions without interruptions


We are looking for a confident manager that can bring out the best in people. To succeed in the role, we think you need to have a genuine interest for people, a coaching approach and strong communication skills. You have a strong sense of urgency with a business mindset and you create an engaging atmosphere where people feel that their contribution make a difference. We believe that you have a relevant education, preferably academic, or a couple of years of experience as a Manager with proven leadership skills. You have a drive for success and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Background / Qualification:
Ability to develop, engage and motivate teams
Ability to make decisions
Experience from manufacturing industry and processes
Knowledge of Lean production and continuous improvement
Good communication skills, in English as well as in Swedish
