#1 and growing!We need reinforcements!YOUR QUALIFICATIONS We believe you have a university degree (technical or business) or similar documented experience within the field of production and logistics.You have at least five years' experience from production and/or logistics in an international company and you have several years' previous management experience.We also want you to have overall understanding and experience from development of Production Test Systems and previous experience from PDM system and Change Management is a requirement.It is important that you have extensive experience of project management in Industrialization projects.Apart from this we need you to have excellent and well documented management skills and the ability to collaborate across organizational borders.You also have a strong personal drive, are structured in everything you do and have very good communication skills in English.PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS The production and logistic department runs three configuration and distribution centers in Sweden, Hungary and Thailand, where we do final assembly and configuration as well as pick, pack and ship to customers world wide.Within the department we also develop production test and pack systems as well as maintaining our product database.The Industrialization group, who works to assure a smooth transfer from product development to volume production, is also an important part of this department.JOB DESCRIPTION Manager Production preparation & test and Industrialization will be one of the key roles in Operations to ensure a structured growth.This include broad responsibilities; from Industrialization of new products to maintaining structure of production documentation to all Change handling.Your main tasks will include: ¤ Responsibility for the Industrialization part of all new Axis product projects ¤ Responsibility for the development of the production test system ¤ Responsibility for the development of production test for all Axis products ¤ Responsibility for maintaining and updating our Product Data Management Tool, Camel ¤ Responsibility for Change Management regarding released products ¤ Develop the team by setting challenging goals inline with Axis overall goals ¤ Drive, develop and manage individuals as well as the team to achieve set goals ¤ Guide and support team members in their running projects ¤ Be a key initiator for new improvement projects in this area ¤ Make sure that the team have all routines continuously updated, documented and follow them ¤ Regularly measure the team performance ¤ Establish strong co-operation with other parts of Operations and the Axis organization You will report to the Director of Production and Logistics.WHAT AXIS CAN DO FOR YOU Here's a great opportunity to grow with the global market leader in network video both on an individual and professional level.Axis is an open, innovative organization with great team spirit and a bright future!In exchange for your dedication we can offer you development in an organization always striving to be number one.READY TO ACT?Axis is a company realizing the benefits of a diverse workforce.We know that diversity in groups creates a better working environment and promotes creativity, something that is fundamental for our success.Would you like to grow with us?
