The Production Technology departments’ responsibilities are improvements of existing manufacturing processes, industrialization of new products as well as procurement and validation of new production process equipment for implant production.
Responsibilities:
Leading and developing your team of Production Engineers, Mechanical Designer and Production Documentation Coordinators responsible for:
process and machine improvements projects in production, both locally and globally
introduction of product changes and the handling of process deviations
investment projects of new machinery/ equipment in accordance with current regulations
Drive and coach your team toward set goals to deliver production development projects on time, within budget and with desired performance.
Guide and coach your team on the implementation of Lean Production and Design for Manufacturing principles in equipment
Participate in cross-functional teams to find efficient ways of working with product and production development.

Background / Qualifications:
an academic background, preferably in Mechanical/Automation Engineering or equivalent with experience from production development.
More than 3 years of management experience with personnel responsibility and experience of project management
proven leadership skills in leading teams and experience in driving change processes within the organization.
Ability to coach your employees to achieve our common goals.
knowledge of automated manufacturing process development and working with external equipment suppliers.
some experience from testing/validation, preferably within life science or other regulated industry.
documentation and communication skills, in English as well as in Swedish.
