Would you like to work in an international environment, with interesting challenges on both local and global level? In this position, your main task will be to develop and lead a customer-oriented delivery project manager team. In Traction Motors, we develop, manufacture and sell electrical motors for the markets of rail and e-Mobility on a global market.
This role reports to the Local Product Group Manager for Traction Motors within the IEC LV Motors division. You will be part of, and contributing to, the Traction Motors management team.


Your responsibilities
Lead, support and develop the Project Management team of 7 employees.
Challenge the current way of working to gain best quality and result in outputs.
Secure customer satisfaction through proactive actions and clear communication.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools as well as actively take responsibility of the teams’ performance and development.

Your background
Experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
Knowledge of drive systems or the ability to quickly get a good understanding of the technology is preferable.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish.
Ability to motivate and inspire. Leadership experience is valued by us, although your personality will be key to succeed.
