Job Summary
We are looking for a manager with strong people management skills, business acumen and able to operate in a complex matrix organization. The Project & Engineering manager is a key role to support on the strategy execution for Liquid Food Solutions, securing efficiency on the operations and supporting production centres and project centres in delivering on time, quality and at the right cost. A key focus will be to support Liquid Foods on achieving our ambition on growth and profitability.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and will report to the Projects & Engineering Director.
What you will do
Develop and execute the growth strategy for Liquid Food Solutions
Manage and develop the Project & Engineering team
Drive site engineering & commissioning efficiency and resource utilisation, supporting global initiatives
Develop application expertise and secure global utilization of capabilities for all subcategories
Support Liquid Food on expanding its global footprint
Ensure site activities to improve the Order Fulfilment Capital Equipment (OFCE) productivity across the Business Sectors according to WCM methodology.
Support the sales and development of our categories.
Secure and optimise site Sales margins, Engineering result and Claims result
Act as Liquid Food Solutions primary interface towards site Production and site Supplier Management
Ensure Engineering alignment and delivery of R&D, Sales Support and Issue Resolution activities

You can deal naturally with stakeholders and work cross-functionally in a seamless fashion.
You are a strong people leader with a proven track record of leading managers as well as large and diverse organisations. You have the ability to think strategically and operationally at the same time dealing with production sites and project centres on daily activities while supporting the organization to achieve long term ambitions. Experience in Project centres or production centres will be a plus.
You possess a university background within business management, engineering or similar and have a minimum of 5-years’ experience in a leading people position, benefit on a global basis.
Experience in process/project engineering, related working experience and knowledge of Food Processing Business, Sales Management is a bonus.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
