We are now hiring a forward-looking Manager that want to be part of the Next Gen transformation. You will be supporting our business to put new safe products on various markets, with specific demands, for Decarbonization and Distributed Power

 

Your profile
* You have previous work experience from being a leader or a manager.

* You like to develop your team in an inclusive, encouraging, and engaging way.
* You enjoy working with change management and have an innovative and quality-oriented mindset.
* You have technical background and experience from a project business with high technical complexity.
* You are a true team player with proven social skills.

 

Your responsibilities
* Ensure Quality in Manufacturing and in-house Core and Package assembly by:
+ Quality support to manufacturing and assembly
+ PMI coordination in manufacturing and assembly
+ Perform specific quality verification (e.g. connected to PED, welding and NDT)
+ Verify quality of assembled package decided major/critical components when they are received
+ Verify package electrical safety during assembly and testing
+ Verify Pressure Equipment and Ex equipment for certification for in-house assembly products
* Support identification and implementation of improvements to enhance quality related KPI’s such as efficiency, customer satisfaction and NCC
* Secure undisturbed production and defect-free products by tracking and analyzing defects and by support in process control system.
* Traceability - define, support and secure way of working
* Lead and participate in internal audits
* You will be responsible for supporting the team, working with resource planning and business improvements
* You will be part of the IGT QM (or as of Oct 1^st MGT EQS) management team
