ABB Motion Service in Sweden is present in 20 locations throughout Sweden, market leader in our field and consist of highly skilled people in field service, service workshops, digitalization, service agreements, sales, and more.
We are looking for Manager in quality and support. In this position, you will establish and maintain a quality culture in Motion Service, controlling quality with systems, tools and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations.
This position reports to Business Manager - E2E.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for the Quality and Support function in Motion Service including Quality, HSE, Purchasing, IS, Warranty and Technical Support
Member of the Local Division Management team contributing to the overall success of Motion Service in Sweden
Ensure processes are well established, efficient and drive continious improvement of the relevant local processes
Keep an active dialogue with relevant stakeholders in other Divisions and Business Areas within ABB locally as well as globally
Lead the team of app 10 people including planning, delegating, staffing decision making and developing the team
Specific focus on Quality and HSE
Proactively be involved in self learning/development and practical exposure for continuous competence and productivity improvement

Your background
Preferably an academic degree
Leadership experience preferably in quality
Minimum 3 years of work experience
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
