Manager Radio Link I&V department

Job description: Ready for a challenge?Do you want to be a part of an expanding organization working with our successful microwave products, including the MINI-LINK system?You will be responsible for and manage the Radio Link I&V department.Radio Link is the heart of the microwave transmission systems.The unit consists of 15 system test engineers and test developers.You will lead and strengthen this unit in Mölndal.Development of the Radio Link functionality is done at several sites, and as driver for the Radio Link I&V you need to cooperate with the entire organization.The unit also works very closely together with other R&D departments in our sites in Norway and Italy.As manager, you will be a member of our international management team, and as such, will be expected to contribute to all operational and strategic aspects of the system and I&V department.Competence: Experience in leading and coaching people is of great importance.You should have the ability to focus on results in balance with managing people.
