As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have an innovative, entrepreneurial approach as well as the talent to rapidly grow with the business. You will be a collaborative, dynamic leader who will establish and drive world class recruiting strategies across the company. This position is based in New York.
What you’ll do
In partnership with your HR Business Partner Lead and the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, develop and implement a premier global staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes scale, quality and speed of hires.
Establish key performance metrics for the TA function, with the goal of creating an extraordinary high-performing TA organization.
Implement and promote Diversity and Inclusion programs pertaining to TA.
Lead and inspire a global talent acquisition team to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the staffing strategy, updating the staffing status and ensuring tight alignment with the business plans.
Oversee, integrate and revamp as necessary staffing processes, templates and TA dashboards.

Who you are
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Extensive experience as an in-house corporate talent team leader, or a recruitment / exec search firm, including the execution of talent searches.
Demonstrated success in building out, leading or developing teams of high-performing individuals.
Experience working for a global company, preferably supporting hiring leaders at/in satellite offices (outside of the global headquarters.)
Demonstrable track record of developing recruiting professionals at all levels and within all business units.
Demonstrated experience implementing seamless workforce planning and global recruiting programs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends.
Adept at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data.
Ability to partner with a sophisticated set of stakeholders.
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships; an ability to identify and galvanize a complex web of relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities.
