We are now seeking our new Manager leading Regional Access Managers. The position is based in Södertälje, Sweden.

The role
Our Manager for Regional Access Managers (RAM) leads a team of Regional Access Managers to ensure successful regional access for AZ existing and future medicines across all 3 therapy areas (TA): Respiratory & Immunology, CVRM and Oncology. The Manager of our RAMs will ensure that TAs are prioritized therapy areas in the region, developing strategies and plans to deliver regional recommendations.

The development and execution of the regional market access strategy
*
Working with GAMA partners, develop and implement local policy shaping activities
*
Achieving the best possible outcome in regional DFC-lists/recommendations
*
Generating regional competitive intelligence ranging from pricing and budget holder strategies to local healthcare trends
*
Developing innovative new solutions to ensure patient access to medicines and continued local investments in innovative medicines
*
Assure tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards
*
Partner with Patient Organizations to support optimal patient care and support
This is made possible by collaboration and interactions with different regional stakeholders to ensure a high knowledge level of structure and incentive schemes, as well as strengthening AstraZeneca´s brand and reputation within the region.
This role reports into GA&MA Head.
In order to succeed, you have

Prior experience from regional and national market access
*
Significant experience from health economics, government affairs, sales or marketing work within Pharmaceutical industry
*
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
*
Proven strategic and execution skills
*
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
*
Excellent knowledge in English and Swedish
We are looking for you who holds an academic degree in a relevant field. Prior experience from government affairs and/or policy shaping is an advantage as is a good understanding of Health Economics.
We are looking for an innovative thinker with entrepreneurial capabilities and previous people leadership and management experience.
