Parts Supply Chain within Tetra Pak Services has the task to design and implement a single process from supplier to end user, to increase availability and service level, reduce cost and optimise stock levels. As part of this organisation; Planning & Quality works to secure global availability and quality of parts to meet our customer requests.

We have a modern logistics platform serving customers all over the world from our Distribution Centers in Lund, Moscow, Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. Our aim is being a world class logistics provider.

We are looking for a Manager Replenishment to drive and develop our customer oriented team of 13 persons. Your overall responsibility will be to efficiently secure the deliveries from the suppliers daily per the customer demands, including sourcing of low frequent sold parts outside supplier contract.

In this role you will work in close cooperation within PSC (globally), Supplier Management, Supplier Quality, market companies as well as with our suppliers.


Main responsibilities

-Manage the Team in terms of budget & people as well as KPI measurements and performance management.
-Be the link between suppliers and internal departments/market companies and handle the daily purchasing from assigned suppliers.
-For the Team, drive continuous improvements and operational excellence in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
-Actively interact with suppliers, Supplier Management and CSM organizations to support seamless cooperation and global supply chain efficiency.
-Discover, analyse and act on lack of performance from suppliers both in terms of delivery performance and quality.




Qualifications


The successful candidate is self-motivated and can achieve results independently as well as in a team. You have a good level of business understanding and you are service minded, used to work in a high pace. Furthermore, you are proactive, accurate with the ability to structure your work efficiently and you also have excellent communication skills.

We believe that you have a University degree or equivalent from relevant area as well as experience from successfully managing people. You have practical knowledge of logistics, processes and SAP/R3 and you are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
