Join us in the development of advanced electronics, mechatronics, and software for HVDCs and FACTS control and protection functions. We are responsible for development of MACH Control & Protection platform for HVDC/FACTS applications.
You will work with in a dynamic environment, striving towards quality and on time delivery, while keeping safety and integrity in mind. Collaborating with teams and colleagues in Sweden, Poland and India on daily basis.

Your responsibilities
The Products department within MACH platform organization is responsible for MACH Product, and the Hardware development within the MACH organization.
As Products Manager, you will manage approximately 45 experienced employees and consultants.
You will ensure efficiency, manage, and develop our competence pool.

Your background
You have a master’s degree in engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience within product development/engineering.
You have knowledge and experience in power systems control domain.
Additional relevant experience is considered a plus, especially working in a modern system development organization and demonstrated capability of leading a team of teams developing complex systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We are an international team and strong proficiency in English - written and spoken alike - is necessary for this role.
Knowledge of Swedish language would be an added advantage.
