Manager - Sales & E-commerce
Group IT Digital Solutions, Digital Business Process team


Our Sales & E-commerce team is the global enabler of common and central solutions for our customer and business peers. We are looking for a manager to a team which combine great knowledge of existing with new digital solutions to support our customer journey with focus in Sales & E-commerce. You will work close with the business and the IT Business Liaison Officer to ensure business roadmaps are developed and deployed, application landscape is maintained, secure and operate efficiently and architecture is optimized and sustainable.


What can you expect in the role?
As Manager – Sales & E-commerce you will manage your employees through coaching, leading, motivating and developing team members as well as yourself and business peers. You will secure the promotion and finding of technical solutions meeting business needs. On top of managing the team you will manage IT projects including developing requirement specification and architecture. Your daily activities can also be:


• To manage and support development and deployment of IT solutions
• Secure operations by involvement in high prio incidents if requested
• Represent Group IT Sales towards Sales Business community
• Tactical and Operational focus and main business counterpart
• Involved strategically via Business Liaison Officer Sales
• Support the business with process and application competence
• Align the business roadmap with the IT systems roadmap
• Be sponsor or active member in steering committees for relevant project/programs
• Contribute as active member in the respective process PMTs and project Steering committees
• Deliver (pre-) project services like feasibility studies, IT blueprint and resource allocation as service owner for each respective process area
• Assure system architecture integrity and future readiness
• Responsibility for IT supplier contracts


What are we looking for?
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge of and experience in Business Applications, preferably experience in working with Sales and E-com Application portfolio
• Leadership experience, preferably with outsourcing partners
• Good business focus and business process understanding in Sales and E-com area
• Experience from working with project and project governance in a global organization
• Professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
