Manager, Sales Management

For Cargotec Sweden AB in Enköping, we are looking for a Manager for Sales Management The department is responsible for sales activities for the Product line self unloaders including marketing, negotiations and all commercial documentations regarding the sales process The group leader is responsible for planning, leading and dividing the work within the sales department, which includes making business plans, developing customer relations, negotiations and contract signing, working with change management towards front line offices and coordinating common marketing and sales activities with sister companies within the group.To succeed in this position you should have a degree at university level in business administration or Engineering combined with suitable experience combined with Several years of experience in international sales projects combined with leadership experience as well as experience in budgeting and follow up.You must be able to manage and drive own and co-workers work i.e.being an enthusiastic mentor towards co-workers enabling them and the department to grow and to take on new ways of working both internally and externally.The position requires very good knowledge in English both verbally and in writing and also, you have to be able to read and understand engineering English as well as commercial writing in English.
