Right now, we're looking for a Manager for our SalesForce Tools team at our HQ in Lund, Sweden. Could that be you..?

Who is your future team?
The team currently consists of about 10 happy and forward individuals that value teamwork and each other. We are a diverse regarding nationalities, background and location in the world.

We have a wonderful atmosphere at Axis that is difficult to describe but must be experienced. As soon as you get inside the doors you are greeted by it, the staff is in focus where they work with what drives them forward. What you'll do here as Manager for the SalesForce Tools team
You will be responsible for developing and leading the group that works with some of our most critical systems in, among other things, the sales process and support for marketing. The systems that your group will be responsible for have many stakeholders around the organization, which means that you must be able to balance the urgent against what matters long-term.

The team is on a journey, where we want to develop the way we work across organizational boundaries, expand the number of resources while maintaining a strong culture. As the manager of the group, you will be central in this endeavor where it is important to drive this development and get all stakeholders on board.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
Managers at Axis are one of the gang - with a lot of focus on coaching colleagues and employees as well as being out and discussing the real needs of the business with various representatives. It is therefore important that you are good at communicating and have a good ability to understand and solve problems from many different perspectives. As a person, you are curious and driven, but at the same time responsive and unpretentious.

We believe that you have a university education and have a solid background in the industry where you have worked in leading positions such as manager or as a senior project manager. It is an advantage if you have worked with driving change in teams or within organizations.

The end users of the systems your group manages are located all over the world, which makes it important that you are fluent in both English and Swedish, verbally and in writing. We believe in building systems from the outside, with the end users' needs at the center, and then it is important that you are comfortable with communicating with different types of people; with users, with engineers, with programmers and with representatives from each business area.
