Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel develops, produces and delivers world-leading hydraulic drive systems and services under the Hägglunds product brand. The business also has a global sales and service base. Customers are found in the recycling, mining, sugar, plastic and oil industries, among others. The common denominator is that their businesses demand the most and the best. Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel has about 400 employees and is part of the Bosch Group.
Bosch Rexroth plans for a strong above market increase in the service and aftermarket business. Therefore, we need to strengthen our service organization with a Manager Service and Aftermarket.




Job Description


As Manager Service and Aftermarket, you have the general responsibility to develop and strengthen Hägglunds aftermarket operations, with the responsibility for the strategic and operative aftermarket business on a global base, and reporting directly to the Vice President for Sales.
You are responsible for the Hägglunds Service business in more than twenty countries, all around the globe. Together with your local team in the headquarter in Mellansel, just outside of Örnsköldsvik, you lead and support the global teams towards above average growth. Your local team consists of seven direct reports. In the global organization, you set targets for the Hägglunds Service and Aftermarket associates.
More specifically, you will lead and develop Hägglunds aftermarket, increase sales, develop the workshops to increase competence and profitability and build customer trust. Focus will be on developing processes and continuously improve the aftermarket business for country units and service partners and support our customers. Analyzing and identify customers current and future service needs is a crucial part of the function.
You are the driver of new service initiatives as well as securing that authorized Hägglunds repair workshops are equipped and trained to our central standard. Setting the strategic direction on how to develop the service and aftermarket business and aligning it with the local Bosch Rexroth country organizations is within your responsibility. Corporate language is English, and international contacts are part of the daily work for the entire team.
The role requires good commercial skills as well as managerial. A hands-on approach, technical competence together with a strategic understanding of aftermarket is also necessary.




Qualifications


Technical academic background or equivalent. Strong managerial skills, with several years of experience from successfully leading larger teams at second level management. In depth knowledge and understanding of service and aftermarket business, and experience of service business development. Very good English language skills, combined with excellent communication ability.
Experience of working in a matrix organization, and experience of communicating, managing and doing business in a multi-culture setting are qualifying.
