The Essence of the Role
We're seeking a dedicated and driven people manager to guide and develop a team on a global scale. You will ensure our service implementation processes are driven efficiently, lead times are met, and the team delivers high-quality service to our clients. It's crucial for seamless alignment with other organizational components, requiring you to adeptly manage both large and small priorities.
Your role combines expertise sharing, leadership, and a comprehensive approach focusing on finding ways to improve efficiency through strategies like scalable solutions, cross-functional collaboration, and process automation.
As our Service Implementation Manager, you will:
Lead, coach & motivate a global team of service implementation specialists.
Assemble and analyze statistics and documentation for monthly reporting.
Oversee the processes, routines and lead times are followed by all partners.
Planning workload and division in the team along with Team Lead(s).
Drive and report on department specific project for quality and efficiency.
Represent the function in discussions and escalations.
Participate in the development of system and customer portal.

While our normal working hours are Monday through Friday, it is important to note this role may require your availability beyond regular office hours in the event of significant systems emergencies where your expertise is required.
This role is based in Stockholm and offers a hybrid work model.

Skilled in Salesforce CRM, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge in other languages is a merit.
Proficient in understanding complex technical topics and specialized expertise.
Proactive and highly motivated with a natural problem-solving ability.
Adaptable and positive in ever-changing environments.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of customer-centric approaches within company guidelines.
