As Manager Safety, Health and Environment, Security and Estate in Uppsala you will report directly to the Site Manager, be part of the site leadership team, and lead a team of about 20 people. If you have experience of people management and extensive knowledge in at least one of the areas of the function and are motived by wide-ranging responsibilities in a fast growing and innovative business environment, then this might be a role for you!

Responsibilities
Within the scope of your role, you will maintain and continuously improve our SHE and Security Management system for the site, including establishing objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with the company's Safety, Health, Environment and Security policies. You have budget and personnel responsibility and will ensure compliance with legal and internal corporate requirements, safeguarding internal and external environment, and providing site safety and security. In addition, your responsibilities are to:

Continuously improve the SHE, Security and Estate & Services performance of the site

Deliver appropriate SHE, Security and Estate & Services training across the site and coordinate the work in the SHE committee
*
Provide risk and security programs including but not limited to guidance, technical advice, coordination and investigative support to senior management and business functions in Uppsala
*
Partake in, or lead, threat and security investigations
*
Participate in global risk and security initiatives within Galderma
*
Monitor and measure processes against applicable policies as well as legal and other requirements
Requirements
A successful applicant for this role has experience in people management, leadership and knowledge in at least one of the areas of the function. You are experienced working in an ISO-certified and/or GMP environment and probably have a university degree within Science or Technology. Furthermore, you need to speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
To thrive in this role, you are a curious and ambitious change leader and problem solver, constantly improving the way of work within the area of SHE, security and estate. You are analytic and have a structured approach. You are a natural informal leader, a strong communicator, with ability to drive, embrace and implement change on all organizational levels.
