Arbetsbeskrivning
The Construction Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. This includes the standard installation, commissioning, and final handover of the wind farms to our customers.
The Site Warehouse and Site Performance department has the responsibility to run Site Warehouse, Site Facilities, Construction Lean, Product readiness and Site Concepts and Site Performance.

Responsibilities
Manager for Site Warehouse and Site Facilities
Continuous optimisation of processes and working procedures
Change Management, securing implementation of concept- and process improvements as well as updates
Improve operational efficiency and standards through a strategic and forward thinking approach to performance
Defining, directing and implementing strategy within Site Facilities area
Qualifications
A solid level of professional experience; proven commercial, technical and leadership experience in people leadership or wider teams
Ability to present the most complex information professionally and convincingly to ensure high perception, acceptance and alignment
Fluent English is mandatory
High degree of flexibility and open to changing situations
Competencies
Ability to operate effectively in an innovative environment
Great at stakeholder management and collaborating at all organisational levels with a positive and open mind-set
A collaborator with a knowledge-sharing approach

Additional information
Primary Location: Malmo, Sweden.
You will be required to travel around 60-80 days per year.
