Manager Software Design X and C-band, Surface Sensors Solutions

Your role

As a manager for Software Design X and C-band, you will be over all responsible for the unit in terms of projects deliveries, budget, employee wellbeing, strategic development and resource and competence planning. You will be Design Responsible for the subsystem, from processing raw antenna video to system maintenance tools. Reviewing design documents and aligning the product with the quality strategy. You will have line manager responsibility for approximately 18 employees.



The main tasks are:

Lead and coach your unit towards organizational goals and strategies

Resource planning
*

Develop common processes
*

Design Responsibility for products in your subsystem/s
*

Cooperation and interactions with other organizations within Engineering and the Product Units

The unit Software Design within the department Sensor Software is now looking for a driven manager. The unit works in a team based environment with agile ways of working. The team members work in product-oriented teams where we strive for a high degree of self-governance.
