We are looking for a Manager for the Test Infrastructure team, who aligns with the above values and is passionate about developing great people, problem solving and securing great product quality. The team that you will be leading is responsible for the test automation framework used in the context of our flagship cloud product – QCS. You will lead the day-to-day work of the team which consists of both operational support and various development activities around the test automation (monitoring, scaling, infrastructure etc.). Given the nature of this work area, you will be leading and participating in several high-profile initiatives that affect a large part of our R&D department.
Responsibilities include:
Challenging and inspiring your team to deliver world-class test automation solution for our cloud products.
Enabling the team by coaching, removing roadblocks, clarifying priorities, and working with relevant stakeholders.
Working closely with the Pipeline and SRE teams in the context of test automation as part of our cloud delivery pipeline.
Collaborating with development teams and our quality department in order to prioritize backlogs and maintain your roadmap.
Meeting project milestones in an iterative and incremental development process.
Managing quality – attending to defects, test automation issues, prioritizing technical debt and architectural spikes where appropriate.
Understanding your team members’ strengths and providing opportunities for them to learn and develop.
Innovating within our software delivery process to compete with the very best software teams in the world.



Qualifications include:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
More than 5 years of experience in developing Enterprise-class software products with a minimum of 2 years experience in people management.
Proven track record of technical leadership in delivering successful software solutions, including requirements analysis, design, planning, implementation follow-up and maintenance.
Solid knowledge of the test automation area, including various test automation frameworks, design patterns and corresponding test strategies.
Hands-on experience of working with a cloud-based software solution based on micro-service architecture or similar.
Solid experience within the concept of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in the context of cloud software.
Previous experience of working with various cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CircleCI, Jenkins and Github is highly desirable.
Experience working successfully across geographies and cultures.
Knowledge of Qlik products is a plus.
