The Logistics Processes Department is leading the development of the logistic processes, and contributes to the development of Stora Enso s supply chain, by coordinating the needs as expressed by the BAs, mills and sales, with the logistics and procurement competences in SE Logistics. Within Logistics Processes, Information Processes covers the management and governance of Logistics applications, systems and the relations between them. Our mission is to support a lean, flexible and effective Supply Chain. Description Information Processes is looking for a motivated, ambitious individual to work as a specialist for Supplier Connections. The Supplier Connection area refers to the activities within electronic logistic information exchange between external suppliers and internal Stora Enso systems. The successful candidate will take responsibility of managing the Supplier Connections area focusing on the integration activities when connecting an external supplier to the Stora Enso supply chain. The service provided by Supplier Connections also comprise of proactive monitoring, quality assurance and logistics message support for established supplier connections. He/she will report to the Manager of Information Processes. The primary tasks include: Leading the integration team, consultant resources and act as main contact within the integration area Lead and actively participate in governance forums Steer and plan integration projects and resources Drive change management activities. Oversee proposal development of new and existing IT/IS support tools in the integration area Coordinate change requests Development of project management methodology and roll out process Assist and support the Integration Architect in the development and maintenance of the Integration Package Project management Active support of visible and controlled logistics processes Requirements University degree, Business Administration or IT or equivalent Project management skills, preferably as project manager Technical and business understanding, and experience from an integration viewpoint Good communication and documentation skills Willingness to take initiative, accept responsibility and ability to work both independently and within an international team Flexibility and readiness to travel Ability to establish trusted relationships and to work in a matrix organization Ability to deliver against set targets
