Flokk is looking for a committed Manager for our purchasing departments in Røros and Nässjö.
As Manager Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for leading and further developing the disciplines of purchasing and inbound transportation, in two of the industry's most modern and efficient production units.
You will be responsible for one team at our production site in Røros (Norway) and one team at our production site in Nässjö (Sweden). The position is organized under VP Procurement and Supply Chain and is part of the global organization.

Key responsibilities:
To secure access of materials to our factories to continuously ensure a high delivery precision
To ensure correct stock levels/inventory management
Frequent dialogue and coordination with suppliers to ensure high operational performance.
Lead and develop two good purchasing teams
You will work every day to develop the department with emphasis on customer focus, delivery precision, productivity, and quality, in close collaboration with other parts of the value chains in Flokk
Your qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or other relevant higher education
At least 5 years’ experience from a similar position
Economic understanding, as well as the understanding of legal documents
Experience of working in an international Group is an advantage.
Good oral and written English
