Manager Supply Network Resiliency

Volvo Penta Purchasing Organization is a Global Organization with employees in Sweden, US, India and China. The last years we have expanded in order to manage new Projects and Technologies, and to create a Sustainable supply chain. To further strengthen our organization, we are now hiring a Manager Supply Network Resiliency.
The purpose of this role is to manage a team of Supplier Development, Delivery Assurance and Risk Managers with the strategic, tactical and operational responsibility and is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control to reach set goals and targets.
In addition, support Volvo Penta transformation, by driving necessary change within the assigned area

The Manager Supply Network Resiliency will report to the Purchasing Director, Supply Network Quality & Resiliency
This is how you could make an impact
Be an active member in the Supply Network Quality & Resiliency Management team leading assigned activities
Represent Volvo Penta Purchasing in assigned fora's related to supplier development and risk
Secure and implement Supplier Development and Risk Strategies, to secure the supplier base to meet future challenges
Ensure and prioritize proactive RISK management for your assigned area
Drive a proactive capacity planning and fact-based purchasing response in the S&OP process
Actively analyze Risk-level in assigned area to minimize RISK to ensure optimized supply chain
Based on the technology plan and project plan, secure resources
Further develop the people to bring the best out of each individual and ensure Volvo Penta Purchasing is a good workplace
Maintaining and improving existing supplier relations
Drive work with continuous improvements
Deliver on decided KPIs and meet targets and objectives
Secure collaboration & cross-functional work within Volvo Penta and Volvo Group
Drive a global way of working within Supplier Development and Risk at Volvo Penta
