Manager System Engineering

Your role

We are looking for a Manager for our new System Engineer section. To lead and develop one of our System Engineer Teams will be a core factor in our expanding Product Unit Communication. Trust and Openness are key values in our expansive phase bringing in new talents to work on several exciting ongoing projects and prospects. The System Engineer team is involved in both Winning Business and Executing Business activities and is an important part of our project deliveries.

Your job will contain, but is not limited to;

· Responsible for the team following our adopted routines and processes.

· Responsible for the personnel planning to meet the project demands.

· Responsible the team members personal development plans.

· Task Management

· Plan and set up a structure way of working

· Responsible for the budget for the team.

· Be an active member of the Management team


Your profile

You are a committed, structured and communicative leader with a great interest in developing the members in your team. You are caring for our open and transparent environment and with your business acumen you are keeping the overall organization and its objectives in mind. You must have the ability to challenge status quo and seek out new perspectives so that we have the most effective ways-of-working as possible. Your personality is characterized by a coaching attitude and a willingness to succeed at all times.

You have good skills in English and Swedish, both in writing and verbally.

We are looking for a Manager and Head of the new System Engineer Section with experience and passion for leadership who wants to continue developing and expanding the System Engineer team to the next level.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
