We are now looking for Manager System Integrator ServiceDesk (2nd & 3rd line) to join us in this exiting expansion phase we are in. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.

What you’ll do

In the role as Manager System Integrator ServiceDesk at Telenor, you will have an important role in our expansion phase that we are in. You will be responsible to ensure that we are able to operate our services as SD-WAN and WiFi and make sure that our operations capacity is scaled to meet demand of system integrator products and services. Within your role, you will be setting a strategic and operational roadmap together with your management team. You will be part of the SI Operations Management Team and report to the Head of SI Operations.

Within your area, you have an important role as a leader to motivate your team forward and to secure efficient resource planning. You prepare your team for growth and up-scaling, and drive competence development within organization.

In the role as Manager System Integrator ServiceDesk (2nd  & 3rd line), you will be responsible for following:
* Operate fault handling, change requests, monitoring and ensure high level service of our managed system integrator services including ramp-up to meet demand of services
* Maintain and create a good relationship with our clients, stakeholders as well as with cross-functional teams
* Prepare your team for growth and up-scaling
* Quality and continuous process optimization of deliveries
* Budget for the areas of responsibility

Who are you?
To succeed in the role as Manager SI ServiceDesk, we believe that you have a big interest in the area and a will to operate and secure delivery in the best possible way. We think that you have previous experience from a similar role and see that you have strong leadership skills as well as experience in leading teams through change and growth. You know how to get things done and promote action before words. You have experience from managing complex technical solutions, customer operations/service desk and/or scaling organizations.

As a person, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, you’re self-driven, and you create impact. You build strong relationships through being communicative, authentic, caring and demonstrating high integrity. You work systematically, have a pragmatic approach, making plans and executing efficiently. Fluent in Swedish as well as English, both written and verbally.
