Manager System & NVH TnPO Eskilstuna

With the ambition to provide world class testing we are searching for a world class manager to lead and develop the System & NVH department in TnPO (Test & Prototype Operations) Eskilstuna.

TnPO is a global organization and is responsible for all testing and prototype build activities within Volvo CE.

System & NVH is one of 8 departments in in the local TnPO Eskilstuna organization. The team consists of 18 people working in the area of strength, hydraulics, NVH, climate and chassis dynamometer testing.

You are part of the local TnPO management team and reports to the manager TnPO Eskilstuna.

As a manager for the TnPO System & NVH department you have the full responsibility for all deliverables from the department according to below main areas.

- Team development.
- Project deliverable.
- Safety.
- Environmental care.
- Budget.
- Investments.
- Efficiency improvements.
- Cooperation with you colleagues in the local as well as the global TnPO team.

Education/Qualifications required for the position:
- BSc or equivalent within Engineering area or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience from engineering management in product development.
- You have a passion to develop and work with people.
- You are self-reliant, structured, open minded and a "pro-active" individual.
- You have the desire to improve everything you do and have ideally a working knowledge of 5S.
