As a Manager for our Software Test Engineers you will be an important link in our agile development team, securing that our test methods and test strategies are the most innovative/adequate/modern/suitable/satisfactory they can be.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to guide your team and make them thrive in the organization. You will coach, motivate and empower the team in their activities and at the same time secure a safe working environment and promote a healthy work-life balance. The role also includes responsibility for the development of your team, for ex through our performance management process. You will also drive continuous improvements and take leadership for setting future system software test strategies.
In addition, your role will include:
· Developing and implementing our test atomization framework
· Test planning and development of test cases following our test strategy including:
o Automated tests
o Manual tests
o Exploratory tests
o Performance tests
· Test execution, analysis of results and suggestions for improvements
· Coordinating and leading test activities towards external test partner
As for the daily work you continuously participate in and execute the resource planning for the team according to the approved team budget. Your daily work also includes close collaboration with peers across the organization where it comes natural for you to work towards the company’s short- and long-term goals together.
Requirements
We are looking for you with a genuine interest in software test who also possess great leadership skills. You have a degree from IT, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. In addition, you have several years of experience in the software development/testing domain and you are proficient in written and spoken English. You are creative, result oriented, open minded and it comes natural for you to mentor people around you.
It is a merit if you have skills within Agile/Scrum, Human Centered Design, Python/Java Script/C#/C++/C, and/or app for PC/Webb/mobile/Embedded Linux.
