Key Responsibilities:
Develop sourcing and recruitment strategy finding attractive candidates for a wide range of roles
Design a scalable recruitment process based on best practices, ensuring a top candidate experience
Build and maintain talent pool
Be a trusted advisor to the business leaders when it comes to recruiting
Build a Talent Acquisition team as we grow the organization
Execute on hiring plans, drive all end-to-end recruitment efforts during start-up phase, and partner closely with hiring managers
Measure success and process quality by setting up the right KPI’s
Engage in Employer Branding initiatives and onboarding
Education/Experiences:
You have a university degree and +5 years of experience in the talent acquisition field OR in a Sales function
Experience from start-up/scale up is preferred, in a global market
You want to become a leader but still enjoy picking up operational recruitment topics.
You have extensive experience from recruiting and preferred also by blue collar positions
Experience of working and building relationship with senior business stakeholders
Experience from ensuring diversity perspective in the full recruitment process
English, both verbal and written
