This role will lead the TA team of 7 Cytiva recruiters in Sweden who support our Cytiva sites in Uppsala and Umeå as well as a handfull recruitments happening in either Denmark or Finland.
You will play a critical in overseeing the attraction and hiring of talent for the continued growth of the business. You will provide guidance to the recruiting team using defined performance goals and outcomes: ensure efficient process development and consistent execution for sourcing, recruiting, talent pipeline development, selection and the on-boarding processes; ensure the quality of product and service delivery of the recruiting team and external partners to the hiring managers, HR, business management and applicants.
The TA Manager Sweden will report to the Talent Acquisition Director EMEA, who is also based in Uppsala.
What you’ll do
Promote a creative and engaged environment within the talent acquisition organization
Ensure assigned team’s delivery against established TA KPIs (bowler) and maintain service delivery excellence
Champion Diversity & Inclusion in all TA activities and own TA D+I KPI’s for the team
Design staffing strategies, advertising and use of social media.
Developing annual performance plans, coaching and development of your team according to Performance for Growth and Development for Growth process
Instill a culture of positive recognition and continuous improvement throughout the team
Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with hiring managers and HRBP’s
Manage workload for the team adjusting req allocation where necessary
Work closely with the group of other TA Managers in and outside EMEA as ONE Cytiva TA team

Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent years of experience)
Extensive experience in wing-to-wing recruitment from life science (or similar industry) knowing our competitor landscape very well
Strong passion for delivering strong candidate experience
Proven track record of successful delivery against challenging time-to-fill targets
Exceptional knowledge, understanding and experience with a variety of sourcing strategies which you are able to leverage to the team to help them accelerate
Experience in identifying market trends as well as thinking outside the box in a highly competitive candidate market
Communication skills that foster a strong team environment and create a high-trust and authentic sense of culture
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
Must be detail oriented and highly organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and Swedish
Knowledge of Swedish employment law and technical proficiency of HR practices
