Manager - Team RAMS/LCC & Calculation

We are looking for a RAMS/LCC & Calculation Manager to strengthen our Global Engineering team. The position is placed in Vika and you report to Global Engineer manager and being a part of the Engineering Management Team.
As a RAMS(Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety)/LCC(Life Cycle Cost) & Calculation Manager for Dellner Train Connection Systems you will have a combined role where you both will work operative and as manager coaching and developing your team. In your role as a manager we expect you to be a clear and communicative leader in order to support and develop competence and build motivation in your team. Furthermore you will manage the resource/staff planning based on the duties and involvement in customer projects, development project and internal improvement tasks. In your operative engineering tasks you will provide support and knowledge related to all product areas within Train Connection Systems such as Couplers, Gangways, Gaiters and Crash Energy Management systems.
The successful candidate will have following profile

Education and Job experiences:

Minimum of 4 years technical university degree.? Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferable within the branch.
Preferably prior experience as a manager, with immediate responsibility for staff incl. appraisals and setting wages
Excellent knowledge in one of the areas RAMS/LCC or Calculations

Personal skills:
Communicative, supportive and good at motivating others.
Good technical understanding and analytical skills.
Team orientated with good interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues, other departments and subsidiaries.
Well organized, highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude.
Customer and service orientated approach with a positive mindset to visit our customers and sell Dellner solutions.
Capacity to overview customer specifications and sort out analyses needed.
Fluent in spoken and written English
