Manager - Technical Product Owners

Solutions Integration belong to Development & Engineering Materials & Package but operate cross organizations. Our responsibility cover three main areas - Specifications, Quality, and Capabilities. We secure that technical performance, quality, and specifications of materials and packages fits customers current and future needs. We are looking for a Manager Technical Product Owner, overall responsible for Technical Specifications of Packaging Material, Package, Openings, Secondary Packing, Closure, Strips, Straws.
The position is permanent and can be based either in Lund or Modena.
What you will do
As Manager TPO you will lead a team of Technical Product Owners securing that specifications of our products continuously fit customer needs and expectations. You will drive continuous improvement and development of Materials & Package specifications for current package portfolio as well as for future solutions. You will work with many different stakeholders and report to the Director Materials & Package Solutions Integration.
You will focus on
Driving capabilities development for technical product ownership to secure proper contribution to development programmes
Leading feasibility and impact analysis for assigned technical product specifications
Proactively correcting and closing quality gaps and proposing improvements to the technical product
Participating in technical governance and contributing to the overall readiness of the full system
Continuously seeking for a more dynamic and productive way of working in specification management area

You have great integrity, not afraid to challenge status quo and take responsibility for your decisions.
A technical background, a previous experience in a managerial role and a very good command of English, both written and oral, are required.
