MacGregor Global Services Division is seeking Manager, Technical Support CRA.
In this role you will be accountable for managing and developing the organization within assigned area of responsibility according to targets set by the GSD/Technical support management ensuring performance enhancement both financially and process wise.
This position could be located in Örnsköldsvik, Bremerhaven, Gothenburg, Rotterdam, Gdansk, Bremen or Hamburg.
You will report to Maciej Jerzy Rułka, Director, Technical.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Developing skills and competencies of employees in cooperation with HR
Actively support usage of best documentation and information system, valid for MacGregor
Complying with the MCG operation manuals, standards and quality system
Give technical support to the Service division within Cargotec & MacGREGOR where MacGREGORTechnical Support function must be involved due to specific needed competence
Ensure that customer requirements are considered and implemented (external and internal customers)
Ensure that class rules are fulfilled
Be updated on all requirements and regulations related to the design, use and maintenance of our products
Ensure that all products are calculated and dimensioned so that they fulfil all specifications and requirements
Plan and monitor the work of the dedicated team
Technically support other functions within MacGREGOR for the specific dedicated business line(s)
Work as project leader when needed
Participate in pre order meetings, order related meetings, service meetings
Participate in meetings with customers
Trouble shooting in the field.



What you’ll need to succeed
Education
B.Sc. in Engineering- minimum 3 years university.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant business / product experience and leadership experience.

Competencies
Technical knowledge is essential.
