About this opportunity
Are you a highly skilled Software Development Manager with a solid background in test management? We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Product Development Leader in our RAN Services Product Engineering Group. Your focus will be on leading a group of Test Managers and drive the Inner Source development in Services, but also in conducting with other EU:s. In this role, you will be responsible for driving test strategy, test execution, and operational support for our inner-source development team. Your expertise in establishing processes, governance, and acceptance criteria across units will be crucial in ensuring a unified and high-quality code base.

What you will do
Test Strategy and Execution: You will lead a team of Test Managers and collaborate closely with development teams to define and implement effective test strategies. This includes identifying appropriate testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, as well as establishing guidelines for test planning, execution, and reporting.
Inner Source Development lead: You will provide operational support to the inner-source development team, ensuring that the necessary infrastructure, tools, etc. Cross EU coordination and establishing Inner Source Governance on selected products.
Setup and drive Governance and Acceptance: You will define and enforce governance mechanisms for code contributions, ensuring that all units follow established guidelines and quality standards. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria for new features and improvements, ensuring that they align with business requirements and customer expectations.
Team Leadership: You will drive leadership and mentorship to a team of Test Managers, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will mentor and develop team members, helping them improve their skills and expertise in test management.

You will bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or a similar leadership role with a focus on test management.
Strong background in software development and testing methodologies.
Experience in establishing test strategies, frameworks, and processes in an Agile or inner-source development environment.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
Solid understanding of quality assurance principles and industry standard methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
