Our Test Center is a central part in our development process.The demands of optimal Engine cooling solutions is increasing all the time.The target for the TitanX innovation process is technology and environmental leadership.The Test Center Manager is responsible for the independent, safe and accurate operation of the testing laboratory and prototype shop.Requirement profile: -Has a Masters Degree in mechanical engineering or similar -More than 3 years experience in management -Swedish and English language at professional level in speech and writing Main responsibilities: -To manage the work in the Test Center according to our values, the TiSix strategies, Constant Innovation Charter, TitanX 1000/5000, Quality policy, QS9000 and other routines and instructions which apply -Develop the staff and constantly increase the competence -Responsible for developing test methods and increase the efficiency.-Plan the testing and see to it that test are correctly performed -Budget/forecasts according to the company routines -Contact with customers -Insure calibration and maintenance of benches -See to it that rigs and equipment is updated and follow our company standards in respect of safety and environment.
