Manager Thermal Management

Volvo Penta is growing, and we have upgraded our organization. We are now looking for a manger for the team Thermal Management within Sustainable Power Systems.


You will be responsible for a team of system engineers, design engineers and test engineers working with thermal management for Combustion engines, Fuel Cells and EMOB systems.


The Thermal management team is responsible for product development and product maintenance of our thermal management systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team as well as each team member.
Engaged participation in the management team
Support project teams with reviews, process guidance, and prioritizations.
Develop our product roadmaps for the products within your responsibility.
Develop our process for product development together with the management team.
Engage in the planning of future products and projects.
Budget responsibility for the team
