Manager to SAP Product O2C & R2R

Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.

The newly created section SAP is part of the Digital Core department at Scania IT and consists of 3 SAP product groups with the mission to support and evolve the product SAP as part of Scanias transformation journey.

We are looking for a servant leader with experience of establishing SAP as a product within an enterprise and have the will, engagement, and flexibility to join us and be part of the foundation for this journey!

As part of Scania's transformation journey, Scania needs to redesign the process- and systems landscape to meet new demands. One important piece of the puzzle for this is an Industrial ERP Backbone based on SAP (S/4HANA). This creates the fundament to add more dynamic and differentiating capabilities, such as Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and innovative software, on top of that backbone.

Your profile 

You are a natural servant leader enabling and believing in teams and people to succeed with their deliveries. It comes naturally for you to create direction and support the team in reaching targeted goals.

You possess excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills and an ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You have long-standing relevant experience of leading in the field of SAP, preferable in the domains of Finance or Order management/Order fulfillment and have been part of a larger SAP implementation project. Previous experience in the Automotive industry is favourable.

You most likely have an academic background within IT or similar working experience.

Your Responsibilities

As a Group Manager, you will be an active member of the SAP Digital core team and will lead, support, and develop one of our three groups – the SAP product O2C & R2R group. In this role you will get the chance to be part of the creation and development from the start of the function and organization to support Scanias SAP journey.

In this role you will manage and monitor all necessary activities for the SAP product domain and together with your team propagate new and innovative initiatives needed for enablement of the functions needed within the processes O2C and R2R.

• Ensure standards and frameworks necessary for the product
• Ensure vision & development for the product area
• Responsibility for making sure Scania have the right competence to drive the product area
