You will be a part of E.ON’s eMobility team with operations in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. eMobility works with B2C, B2B, public network charging and heavy transport. In our solutions business we offer the customer a solution that includes hardware, installation and operation/maintenance. This area is changing rapidly and will become an even more important business for E.ON the coming years.
Your responsibility will be to run, operate and optimize a Joint Venture E.ON Drive Infrastructure and Clever runs together, under the brand “Powered By E.ON Drive & Clever”. The Joint Venture builds and operates charging hardware with a power of more than 150kW in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. If you like working in a start-up environment, you will thrive here because you get to take your own initiatives and find new solutions. The headquarters is based in Meatpacking district in Copenhagen but it is also possible to be located in Malmö. The role includes trips to Essen and the Nordic countries, among other places.
In this role you will operationally and strategically steer the Joint Venture companies to reach deployment, operational and financial goals. Resource and manage Joint Venture employees and deployment managers to deliver on following objectives:
- Build Ultra-Fast Charging stations in Denmark, Sweden & Norway on time, budget and with high quality.
- Set up and track operational processes to support outstanding operational efficiency and customer service
- Invoicing, expense & compliance management
- Negotiations with subcontractors and budget responsibility
You will also act as main point of contact and communication between the board of directors (the board) in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, and step in as the public face of the company in the absence of managing directors. Create and maintain communications effort to spread internal and external awareness.
To thrive in the role and in the team, we believe that you have a university degree in Economics, Business or Engineering and experience of leading and developing people. You have also a few years of experiense of managing projects, managing senior stakeholders and preferably knowledge in the field of eMobility. We want you to be fluent in one of the Nordic languages and in English – both in speech and writing.
We believe that your personal qualities are very important for this role. Since you will work very independently, you are good at motivating both others and yourself in your daily work. We believe that you are a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and are good at creating structure in a complex environment. You are curious and take on challenges in a solution-oriented way. You also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with desire to build strong networks across different cultures/functions.
