Manager Value and Product Management

Vimla is not just another mobile carrier, and we never will be. Ever since the launch of Vimla in 2014, we have found new ways to shape how a mobile carrier should feel like. By pushing boundaries, we have managed to grow our customer base incredibly fast. And more importantly, we have gained the trust and loyalty from our customers. We have been awarded Carrier of the Year from 2017 till 2019. Things are good, yes. But we’re far from satisfied.

 

The role

As Manager Value and Product Management you will join an exciting journey and lead a team that is already on the winning path. You will have the responsibility of the Vimla value proposition and product development. We are on the way to strengthen our value proposition and product roadmap and we are on our journey to balance the focus on customer growth while also increasing our share of wallet.

 

You will be responsible for building a team developing our business management capabilities and product development and staying updated on the market as well as the profitability and needs of our current customer base. As a leader – you have responsibility to ensure the employees and teams growth and lead your team in the right direction. You will work close to the Market and Growth team as well as Tech team and partners to make sure that we reach our MVB. You will be the main driver of our Vimlas P&L agenda. Together with rest of the organization, you will play a key role to take Vimla to the next level.
* Actively engage and learn together with the team in the daily operational activities 
* Run internal meetings and ensure high engagement within the entire team
* Drive and structure our value and product development agenda
* Challenge us in how things are done and come with improvement proposals
* Take an active role as a member of the Vimla Management Team and work close with Head of Vimla

 

We believe you already

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a strong professional background and experience within telecom. You are an experienced leader with a strong ability to build high performing team.  
* You have the ability to effectively drive change, experience with a value prop and product roadmap
* Experience with the fundamentals of Business Management
* Experience with digital product development and win-win external partnerships is a plus
* General knowledge of data science and engineering, not technical but conceptual knowledge about applications and way of work
* Have a strong and genuine interest in the business and great with numbers and excel
* Understands the mechanisms of our industry and how the fundamentals of the four Ps play together
* Have a MSc in a relevant area, e.g. Business, Marketing, Management or engineering
