Team Manager – Volvo Consultant Management  (VCM)

Talent Connect will be a one stop shop for managers for all manning needs and will above this provide career coaching services in line with Volvo Cars’ strategic direction for our employees.

You will lead the Consultant Management Team and be part of a highly engaged management team for Talent Connect who together creates customer experiences that make Volvo Cars the employer of choice in Sweden.

The Consultant Management Team are specialists within manning of consultants. We provide our company with the right external competence, at the right time and with a great onboarding experience. ​

What you´ll do 

As a Team Manager, a big part of your task will be to lead the team and our daily operations towards both internal and external stakeholders. For example, you will work in close collaboration with the Volvo Cars procurement team making sure we follow up and develop our company strategy. You and your team will support our line managers in the hiring of a consultants by posting ads, screening CVs, introducing Volvo Consultant Management to new managers and handling support questions regarding the whole process. Driving change and continuous improvements to secure user experience and satisfaction in the business is also part of the responsibility.

You will also support the Head of Talent Connect and Business Owner Global Manning with the globalization of our tool, Fieldglass.

You and your skills?

We believe that you have a university degree in relevant field and experience from working with consultant management. It’s a huge advantage if you have commercial experience from working with external suppliers, with contract management and negotiations. Analytical skills are also key since you should be the main driver for developing our tools and processes in order to follow up data and measurements through the whole process.

Excellent understanding of working with support and support tools is therefore meritorious and we hope you have good knowledge of our consultant tool, Fieldglass.

Competence and experience are important, but personality is key! We are looking for a true team player who is passionate and engaged, who wants to take an active part in developing our ways of working and who wants to exceed expectations in delivery.
