Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving digital transformation? Do you want to be at the forefront of building a sustainable future for the transport industry?
We are now looking for two new Managers in the Service Portfolio & Delivery department with a focus on our customer digitalisation area to join us and reduce CO2 emissions through the power of digitalisation, electrification, and connected vehicles!
What we do
One of management position is for a group called Customer Framework consisting of two teams dedicated to establishing the foundation for Scania's digital ecosystem. One team oversees the My Scania platform, the primary entry point for customers into our digital ecosystem. The other team is responsible for our Master Data Management Customer Program called QING, which ensures our customers' information is at the core of our business.
The second management position is for the newly formed group KYTY called the Customer Digitalisation Architecture group. This group comprises Solution architects, AWS infrastructure specialists, and a Product Owner. The team plays a pivotal role in enabling agile DevSecOps teams within customer digitalisation at Sales & Marketing. Their focus is to empower these teams to operate autonomously, delivering solutions that are secure, business-focused, and cost-efficient. The KYTY team collaborates cross-functionally with other specialist teams within Scania, ensuring alignment on the overall architecture direction.

Your primary focus will be on supporting and coaching the team members in their development plans and help to build bridges throughout the organisation. The daily operations are the responsibility of the POs in your group, but in case of conflicts of interest, you will step in and remove organizational obstacles. You will be part of a management team with many fabulous colleagues, with varied experiences and personalities. Together you work with them on the employee journey within the area of customer digitalisation.
