Managing Director

Minnovation is now searching for a Manager Director for our business partner.
As a manager director, we expect you to:
1.Based on the Headquarters’ strategy, Planning and implementing long-term business strategies to achieve the Company's objectives.
2·Contact Headquarter financial and Human resource dept. for the budget and organization development. Managing overall financial performance and building the local team to reach the business target.
3·Looking for opportunities to increase efficiencies and speed up processes across the business for winning new business. Analyzing opportunities for growth in the market segments to drive profitability.
4·Choosing senior Project for each project, managing all the projects in Northern Europe, making a commercial decisions during the bidding process.
5·Setting company-wide KPI and managing Human resources.
Requirements:
1.With strong insights into the industry market as well as an in-depth network of the industry markets.
2.Natural leader and motivator of people.
3.Experience of big projects or commercial management or other projects.
4.Excellent communication skills.
5.Ability to perform and work under tight schedules plus high pressure.
6.Excellent of both spoken & written English and Chinese.
