Managing Director

We are looking for a Managing Director who can generate a profitable growth and together with the local management team oversee all business operations. The goal is to ensure that Mobis Sweden constantly moving towards fulfilling the business plan and not diverge from its strategic direction. Your role at Mobis will be both valued and important.
You will have a wide area of responsibility and the work provides mostly strategic tasks with focus on the company's business plan. You are expected to work close with the other European Branches. You have the responsibility for whole Mobis Parts Europe Sweden operations. Further on you will oversee and be responsible for Mobis Sweden operations, sales, performance, investments, and other business ventures.
Your responsibility is broad. To be successful in the role you need a good understanding of both the operations and sales areas. Experience in the automotive industry is a must, preferably with deep knowledge from the aftersales market, combined with a high interest in logistics, sales and marketing. Work experience from an international and strong intercultural work environment is required for this position.
Together with the management team you will continuously improve both the organization and the business. The role of MD will report to the President of the Mobis Parts Europe. The position is located in Upplands Väsby, Sweden, and the role requires frequent business trips to Jönköping’s office and warehouse and a willingness for business trips within Europe.
