Managing Director /CEO

We are seeking a senior level management consultant to join a high-tech enterprise that specializes in producing materials required for batteries. As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's operational success and strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
1. Make informed decisions on all major operational matters, including finance, business direction, and scope.
2. Contribute to the decision-making process of the board of directors and ensure the execution of board resolutions.
3. Oversee and lead the daily business activities of the company.
4. Handle contract negotiations and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
5. Provide regular business reports to the board of directors and submit annual reports.
6. Additional responsibilities related to company management, such as establishing and consolidating corporate culture, team building, and more.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar executive position.
2. Possess exceptional insight, sensitivity, precision, and decisive decision-making abilities, along with a strong execution mindset.
3. Demonstrated expertise in enterprise strategic planning and operational management.
4. Excellent resource integration skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and high professional ethics.
5. Familiarity with modern enterprise management models and the ability to effectively identify potential business risks.
6. Fluent in Chinese
