The HQ of Volvo Trucks International is also located in Gothenburg.
As Managing Director for Volvo Trucks Morocco, you will be located in Casablanca, Morocco and belong to a very engaged and dynamic team; the Sales Area executive management team. You will report to the SVP of Volvo Trucks International. As Managing Director for Volvo Trucks Morocco, you will be responsible for managing the Volvo Trucks portfolio, including product offerings and providing high-quality services to our customer base. The role
As Managing Director for Volvo Trucks Morocco, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the business strategy and for managing the network performance in Morocco.
You will translate Sales Area’s Business Strategies to key focus areas for local markets. By implementing and coordinating decided strategies, actions and tools, you will support an efficient trucks sales and aftersales business. With the aim to develop the Volvo Trucks portfolio strategy, you will develop the distribution network. Your responsibility includes the fulfilment of financial (sales, GP, S&A, over-due and inventories) and operational (market share, retail performance, customer satisfaction) KPI’s, in accordance with Volvo Trucks framework, monitoring performance and provide reporting analysis upon request. You will develop the organisation and people, including our retail businesses and our partners. Included is to attract, develop and retain talent and secure and allocate necessary resources to carry out the activities. With engagement and your communication, you will drive the vision and lead activities to improve customer satisfaction and the organisations’ efforts leading to this. You will be a present leader who enables the development of motivating and relevant objectives and follows up the performance systematically, supporting and coaching the ultimate success of the employees and the business.
Your profile
Experience in leading, mentoring and coaching teams to perform and deliver top quality services
Experience from senior line management and P&L responsibility
Good understanding of truck sales, retail business environment and customer needs within the area of commercial vehicles
Leadership Competencies in accordance with Volvo Group principles and values
Ability to work successfully in a global organisation and intercultural context
Demonstrated skills in coaching and facilitation
Good presentation and communication skills
Self-leading and proactive
Fluent in English, speaking and writing
