Managing Principal Consultant

As a Managing Principal Consultant for Municipalities, you will be advising VGR stakeholders through the process of integrated design workshops and build of complex workflows to meet the needs of the Municipalities which will impact performance, satisfaction and clinical and business outcomes. Working with the client, you will be creating a strategic plan to obtain value achievement across service lines and identify workflow and process improvements, making recommendations to both client and project leadership.

Your role will involve driving cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies and client relationship strategies.

You will also be responsible for providing solution specific education to local hires and growing them to be the local Swedish talent. You will work alongside the experts to gain knowledge and skills that will prepare you for a long-term, meaningful career with Oracle.


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least 5 years of work experience in implementing the following Cerner Millennium Clinical focused solutions like Primary Care/Ambulatory.
Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology and/or Iterative Methodology.

Ability to travel up to 100%
