Academic Work is now looking for a spare parts coordinator on behalf of Semcon. In this position, you will work under Semcon Product Information with focus on automotive aftermarket. In order to offer their clients, the best possible services, Semcon encourages its employees to create a close relationship with them to fully under stand the product and the client’s needs. With varying tasks in office- and workshop-environments, you will become an expert on the company’s product and then create methods and processes for how to optimize the use of spare parts.

With over 700 employees within Semcon’s product information area and with 1800 employees within the company, there are always colleagues to be inspired by. At Semcon, people are put before technology, with the goal of understanding the end user’s needs and behaviors already in the product development stage.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Maintain an offline excel list to align with TC-SBOM, so called master list, which is then used as a shared doc and quick source of info across teams
- Answer tech questions from clients and external parties
- Follow up with contract signing progress, hand over to logistic team when parts are ready to be called off
- Participate in discussion of parts with supply troubles

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Have a completed technical post-secondary education within engineering
- Are familiar with over-all vehicle structures like PLM systems
- Have good knowledge in the Office-package
- Are fluent in Mandarin and have very good knowledge in English
