As a result, your leadership will focus on upskilling your team, enabling them to develop skills and expertise to enhance our existing capability to include more sophisticated Al and ML techniques.

You will take charge of the roadmap for manufacturing analytical product development, making sure best practices are shared across all business areas. Prioritizing use cases based on their value and relevance, you will maintain transparent communication with downstream customers about project alignment withing the roadmap.

Furthermore, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and escalating known bottlenecks or resource challenges within the hub leadership team.

As a person you have a way with numbers and have a strong business acumen, enabling you to contribute to strategic decision-making and the ability to validate and influence decisions at all organizational levels across various contexts.

We further believe your broad experience grants you valuable intuition while also enabling you to uphold a critical mindset through self-reflection and a willingness to embrace challenges from colleagues at every level.

You are motivated by a burning desire for excellence yet approach your goals pragmatically.

Meritorious with prior experience within an automotive environment.
