Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking to extend our Calibration Engineering team in Billdal with a calibration/manufacturing engineer and be a part of developing and maintaining methods for measuring, tools and equipment used in production, and our calibration and testing labs.
We are supporting a function for our global production, calibration, and service sites in RaySafe as well as the dosimetry services in Landauer Nordic. Securing high-quality products and services for our end customers.
Responsibilities
Formulate and issue clear, concise, and accurate, process and procedure instructions for the production operators.
Plan, define, implement and maintain manufacturing systems as needed for new and existing products.
Specify, design, and/or maintain factory test equipment.
Calibrate and maintain reference standards used in production and service.
Identify the magnitude of error sources contributing to the uncertainty of results to determine the reliability of measurement process in quantitative terms.
Redesign, adjust, and maintain measurement capability to minimize errors.
Develop and maintain calibration methods and techniques based on principles of measurement science, technical analysis of measurement problems, and accuracy and precision requirements.

The team that you will be a part of includes electronic, mechanical, physics and maintenance engineers. We are a diverse group with Swedish and international members, located in Billdal Sweden, and Glenwood, Il USA.

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering e.g. electronic, mechanical or physics.
2–5 years of work experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes and calibration, preferably from an industry with high regulatory demands.
Knowledge of ISO 17025 is seen as an advantage
International experience within a global matrix organization is desired
