Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.

Position description:

We are now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for Exterior parts, situated in Torslanda, Sweden

The overall purpose of the role is to:

• Assure flawless introduction of car programs into our plants.

• Lead and coordinate activities within area of responsibility.

• Continuously strive for commonality within VCC plants.

Skills and required experience:

Main Tasks:

Lead the cross technical product and production manufacturing work, as well as represent Manufacturing during implement phase, which means:

• Ensures product and process feedback to Research & Development (R&D) in order to solve any discovered problems.

• Lead and coordinates the manufacturing process within Research & Development.

• Represents Manufacturing Engineering (ME) as well as within ME and Research & Development.

• Create and update building instructions (PII)

• Give input to the summary and report gate / milestone answers within the area.

• Reporting status and deviations in decided systems/ tools and ensure that there are actions on every deviation.

• Follow up and implement solutions in pre-series in plant.

Competence Requirements:

• Teamcenter competence is desirable

• Practical experience of the production process is desirable.

• Knowledge about the processes, methods, and tools at Manufacturing and R&D.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

• FMEA knowledge are desirable.
